Ordering made simple
We want your Rusty Lee USA order to arrive smoothly and with clear expectations from checkout to delivery.
Processing times
If you are ordering the frame only, it will be shipped within 5 business days from the time that the order was completed. If you are ordering a fully upholstered Rock N Roll bed, the timing may vary. All upholstery orders are made to order, rather than being on the shelf. Our current production times are 4-6 weeks. This could change regularly. Make sure to plan ahead, your bed will not be ready for the camping trip this weekend!
Delivery details
Large bed systems may ship by freight or specialty carrier. We will share tracking or delivery updates as soon as they are available.

Where do you ship?
Rusty Lee USA serves customers across the United States. If you need delivery details for a specific location, please contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery timing depends on product availability, destination, and carrier scheduling. Transit times can be longer for oversized items or freight shipments.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When tracking is available, we will send shipment updates so you can follow your order and prepare for delivery.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect the packaging and product as soon as possible. If anything appears damaged in transit, note it with the carrier and contact us right away.
Can I return my order?
Returns are typically handled on a case-by-case basis. Because bed systems can be large specialty products, return eligibility may depend on condition, timing, and whether the item was installed or used. Custom ordered upholstery is not eligable for returns unless there was a mistake made by our team.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help adjust it. Once shipped, there is very little that we can do to change this.
